The sands are shifting in the landscape that is online poker. There are movements afoot to further limit players ability to move around cash among the online poker sites, but there are also movements on the legalization fronts. It is shaping up to be an epic battle and hopefully the "good guys win". Just think of the tax dollars from online poker that could be used to solve some of our other current fiscal problems.
Here is a great article by Bill Rini that chronicles some of the players moves in this ongoing saga.
And here is a story about California which is looking into legalizing online poker.
More on California's efforts.
And also this one, Americans Favor Legalizing Online Poker.

G'day mate, I like the blog. I'm a fellow blogger and always looking to generate traffic. If you’re looking for a way to get your posts shared I just joined a social networking community called The Unified Tribe and it is awesome. It has generated so much traffic for me, I can hardly believe it. I'm trying to encourage other poker bloggers to get involved so we can all share our content. It is amazing. I'm certain you'll love it.
Check out The Unified Tribe
Interesting articles, thanks. It is good to see the legislators are looking at this seriously, lets hope other States will take notice!
The poker world still awaits word from the Frank hearings with the hope that we will won this soon.
